Why should you have a party at Kart Ranch?

Our focus is FUN! Our Party Specialists are trained to take care of everything for you and your guests, so you can focus on your little one’s BIG DAY. From set up to serving to clean up- we gotcha’!

How long is the party?

The only limit on time is the room reservation. Each party has their own private party room for the first hour and fifteen minutes. These rooms are fully stocked with everything for your celebration- candles, cake cutters, lighters, paper products, seating, and standing room. Once your room-time celebration is over, you and your guests are welcome to hang out and play as long as you’d like!

Can we play first before we go in the party room?

Sure! We suggest putting your “party start time” on the invitation 1-2 hours before your room- time starts. During your confirmation call from one of our Party Pro’s, just mention that you’d like to do this, and we’ll leave a note on your reservation so that the day of, your PS can hand out your cards at check-in for your guests to participate in activities. Just a reminder, the room time is set and cannot be pushed back or extended the day of the party.

Can we have characters visit during our party?

Of course! Upon booking- online or with one of our Party Pros, we can add a Character Appearance to any of our party packages. These 20 minute appearances are $75 for the first character and $50 for each additional. Appearances begin 30 minutes into your reserved room time to help ensure that everyone has arrived before the character!

What about cake?

Two of our four party packages provide a cake for you!  We are proud to be partnered with Gambino’s Bakery of Lafayette- providing delicious “Kart Ranch” themed cakes in your choice of chocolate, white almond, red velvet or a cookie cake. If you choose a package that does not include a cake, you can add one on for only $29.99 or bring in your own!

Picked a package that has a cake, but you don’t need it? No problem! You can have your cake traded out for a large 1-topping pizza, basket of cheese sticks, 10 ice cream cups or 35 extra points.

Do we have to reserve a party package if we're coming to Kart Ranch for a birthday?

No, we’d be honored to celebrate your birthday with you- package or not!

Choosing even just our basic package would guarantee a private room for you and your guests while eating pizza/cake; for walk-in groups and regular guests, our tables are first-come-first- serve and cannot be reserved or held during your stay.

Party packages offer built-in savings on food, drinks, and FUN whereas walk-in groups are subject to menu pricing. We do not allow any outside food, drinks, snacks, etc. to be brought in.

What's in the party bags?

Our party bags are put together in-house just for you! If not included in your package, you can add as many as you need for only $2.99 each. Current inventory for party bag: mini sticky hammer, mini clappy hands, make-a-pizza sticker, friendship bracelet, squishy whale toy

How many guests are included in a party package?

Our packages cover the first 10 participants, which is a fancy way of saying you’ll get 10 FUN cards with your chosen package’s amount of activity passes and points. If you have more than 10, participants can be added on at discounted rates!

For the adults joining the celebration or other guests who don’t need a FUN card, there’s no charge. Party Specialists will confirm headcounts and add-ons with you before issuing or adding on to your party tab.

How is the Birthday Honoree celebrated?

Each party package has a built-in Birthday Honoree package! Your Birthday Honoree will receive a Kart Ranch lanyard for their FUN card, party bag and Birthday Sticker. They also get to play Spin the Wheel to win extra points and a turn in the Prize Pit Stop ticket blaster. Each Birthday Honoree receives their very own I Partied with the Pit Crew t-shirt

We need more time in the room; can we extend past the 75 minutes?

From experience, we find that the majority of our parties are ready to get out of the room before the one-hour mark!

If you’re interested extending your time in the room to allow for decor set up/ tear down we do offer what’s called a “double booking” of 2 consecutive time slots. This would require the purchase of two party packages with two deposits upon reservation. This would need to happen before the day of your party.
